Jochen Buskowitz, with over 45 years of successful sales, investment and development experience, holds the position as Co-Founder & Executive Director of Buskowitz Finance Inc.

Born 1945 shortly after world war II in Germany, Mr. Buskowitz was raised in a small 20 m2 apartment by a single mother. He established himself after serving 4 years in the Marines, first as salesman of several different products including soft ice machines and juice dispensers, to eventually building up his own regional distribution and owning his own car dealership, yacht rental business and several real estate investments.

Mr. Buskowitz first explored the Philippines in the late 1970’s, where he stumbled on a little unknown and undeveloped island which is today knows as Boracay. He immediately saw the potential and took the opportunity to build one of the first resorts on the island: Paradise Garden Resort Hotel. The hotel has grown to be one of the largest hotels on the Island to date and Mr. Buskowitz was also involved with several other hotel and infrastructure developments, including Monaco Suites de Boracay, one of the top 5-star resorts in the Philippines.

As of today, Mr. Buskowitz advices on global strategy, trends and investment relations for Buskowitz Finance Inc.. His visionary approach has created new segments and possibilities in renewable resources.
