The first step in applying for an internship is to attend the mandatory Overview and Offering Seminar. Here, we will be introducing the internship programme as well as the myriad of properties you can explore for January 2020.

We will be STRICTLY implementing a full corporate uniform (Yes, blazers and ties included) and Chef's Attire policy for the seminar. Please also make sure to bring your printed CV and cover letter. Students not complying will be SENT HOME.
